That address is for the library: a correction, a photo or clip credit, a question about a guide, or a kind note about a jar that worked. It is not a shop inbox and not a plant-ID hotline with a timer on it.
What helps
- The page you mean (a link is perfect).
- What you saw, and what you already tried (lid off, siphon, wait).
- For credits: the picture, the photographer or maker, and the source page if you have it.
A photo of the glass (not a blurry leaf) is more useful than a long diagnosis. We still may not reply the same day.
What we cannot do
We cannot diagnose a sealed jar from one picture with certainty. We will not recommend pouring bleach through a bioactive mix. We will not identify wild-collected moss as legal to take home.
